Teroson SB 450 - 1 L for Cleaning and Adhesion Enhancement

Teroson Terostat 450 is an alcohol solution designed for cleaning surfaces before bonding. It contains active ingredients that enhance the long-term quality of adhesion of flexible adhesives on surfaces where achieving sufficient adhesion is not always straightforward.

Application area: Teroson Terostat 450 is used for cleaning bonded surfaces where it is necessary to improve the permanent adhesion of bonding and sealing products. It is suitable for metals, plastics, and painted surfaces.

Application: Thorough cleaning of bonded surfaces is a prerequisite for achieving quality long-term adhesion on metals, plastics, and painted surfaces. Terostat 450 is applied to the surface using a suitable cloth or paper towel. If contamination occurs, the towel should be replaced with a clean one. To check whether the entire surface has been treated with Terostat 450, the product contains a UV indicator, making it clearly visible when illuminated with a UV lamp at a wavelength of approximately 380 nm. After applying the product, the container must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture from entering the product. Upon contact with moisture, Terostat 450 loses its activation capabilities and gradually becomes cloudy.

Cleaning: Spilled product should be removed immediately using suitable absorbent material.
