To place an order, add the required products to the cart and then click on "Go to cart". Select a shipping and payment method, then fill in the required information. You will receive a confirmation email after completing your order.

We accept payments by card, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days. During peak periods such as holidays, delivery times may be longer.

Yes, we offer the possibility of personal collection at the address: Zengrova 469/39, Ostrava-Vítkovice 70300. You can choose this option during the order process. Please wait for the confirmation message that your order is ready for collection.

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@intercut.cz. If the order has already been sent, it will be necessary to wait for its delivery and then start the return process.

If you are not satisfied with the order, you can return or exchange the goods within 30 days of delivery. To start the return or exchange process, please contact us at support@intercut.cz.
