Withdrawal from Contract / Return of Goods / Complaints
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receive the goods.
Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us (Intercut s.r.o., Zengrova 39, 703 00 Ostrava – Vítkovice, Czech Republic, e-mail: support@intercut.cz) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail).
Consequences of Withdrawal from the Contract
After withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
The payment will be refunded using the same method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, and in no case will you incur any fees.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must send back or deliver the goods to the following address no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Complaints (Liability for Defects)
Your statutory rights to make a complaint and warranty claims are not affected by this.
