Teroson MS 935 - 290 ml black sealant

Teroson MS 935 is a one-component sealing product based on silane-modified polymer, suitable for dispensing from a gun. It cures with atmospheric moisture into a permanently flexible product. The skin formation time and curing time depend on humidity and temperature. Final curing also depends on the thickness of the layer.

At elevated temperatures and humidity, the curing time is shortened; conversely, low temperature and low humidity slow down the curing process. Teroson MS 935 does not contain solvents, isocyanates, silicones, or PVC and is odorless. It provides good adhesion to a wide range of materials and is compatible with suitable paints.

This product also exhibits good resistance to UV radiation and can therefore be used in applications both indoors and outdoors. Teroson MS 935 demonstrates the strength necessary for flexible bonding. Teroson MS 935 is a non-sagging product with high viscosity, whose initial tack is capable of holding bonded parts in the desired position, so in most cases, it is not necessary to mechanically fix the bonded parts. Areas of application:

• Teroson MS 935 is used in the following applications:
• flexible and vibration-resistant bonding of metal and plastic parts (panel reinforcements, roofing, etc.).
• Teroson MS 935 is also used in photovoltaic production
• flexible bonding of wood or plywood to metal decks in shipbuilding and vessel construction
• elastic sealing of seams and joints in indoor and outdoor environments in the following areas: automotive bodywork, railway cars, containers and metal structures, equipment, electrical devices, air conditioning and ventilation, etc.

Terostat-MS 935 is solvent-free, isocyanate-free, silicone-free, and PVC-free and is odorless.

It shows good adhesion without primer on many substrates and is compatible with suitable coating systems. The sealant/adhesive also shows good resistance to UV radiation, and therefore can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Terostat-MS 935 demonstrates the strength necessary for elastic bonding. (max. product property is also at oven repair temperatures (max. 100 °C). Terostat-MS 935 does not exhibit shrinkage, and therefore no shrinkage is observed under these conditions. Terostat-MS 935 is highly viscous.
