SKF NU 304 ECP Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer NU 304 ECP - single-row, dismountable radial roller bearing with a glass-fiber reinforced polyamide 6.6 window cage guided by rollers, featuring higher load capacity and normal radial internal clearance. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The outer ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges, while the inner ring is without flanges, allowing for axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in both directions. The rollers are guided by flanges. For easier installation, the bearing can be split into the outer ring along with the cage and rollers, and the inner ring. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operational parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than standard. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to precision class P6.
