SKF NU 222 ECP Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer NU 222 ECP - single-row, detachable radial roller bearing with an injected window cage made of polyamide 6.6 reinforced with glass fibers, featuring higher load capacity and normal radial internal clearance. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The outer ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges, while the inner ring is without flanges, allowing for axial movement of the shaft relative to the housing in both directions. The rollers are guided by the flanges. The bearing can be easily disassembled for installation into an outer ring along with the cage and rollers and an inner ring. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than standard bearings. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the P6 accuracy class.
