SKF NU 220 ECP Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer NU 220 ECP - single-row, detachable radial roller bearing with a polyamide 6.6 injected window cage reinforced with glass fibers, offering higher load capacity and normal radial internal clearance. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The outer ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges, while the inner ring is without flanges, allowing for axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in both directions. The rollers are guided by the flanges. The bearing can be easily disassembled for installation, separating the outer ring with the cage and rollers from the inner ring. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operational parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than standard bearings. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to precision class P6.
