SKF NJ 305 ECP/C3 Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer NJ 305 ECP/C3 - single-row detachable radial roller bearing with a polyamide 6.6 injected window cage reinforced with glass fibers, offering higher load capacity and radial internal clearance greater than normal. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The outer ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges and the inner ring has only one, allowing for axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in one direction. The rollers are guided by the flanges. The bearing can be disassembled for easier installation into an outer ring along with the cage and rollers and an inner ring. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, providing significant improvements in key operational parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the precision class P6.
