SKF NJ 2208 ECP Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer NJ 2208 ECP - single-row, dismantlable radial roller bearing with an injected window cage made of polyamide 6.6 reinforced with glass fibers, offering higher load capacity and normal radial internal clearance. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The outer ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges, while the inner ring has only one, allowing for axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in one direction. The rollers are guided by the flanges. For easier installation, the bearing can be separated into the outer ring along with the cage and rollers, and the inner ring. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than standard. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to accuracy class P6.
