SKF NJ 2207 ECP Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer NJ 2207 ECP - single-row, detachable radial roller bearing with a glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6.6 window cage guided by rollers, higher load capacity, and normal radial internal clearance. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The outer ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges, while the inner ring has only one, allowing for axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in one direction. The rollers are guided by the flanges. The bearing can be disassembled for easier installation into an outer ring along with the cage and rollers, and an inner ring. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to accuracy class P6.
