SKF N 309 ECP Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer N 309 ECP - single-row, dismantlable radial roller bearing with an injection-molded window cage made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide 6.6, featuring higher load capacity and normal radial internal clearance. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The inner ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges, while the outer ring is flange-free, allowing for axial movement of the shaft relative to the housing in both directions. The rollers are guided by the flanges. For easier assembly, the bearing can be split into the inner ring along with the cage and rollers, and the outer ring. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than standard. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the P6 accuracy class.
