SKF Explorer 3210 A-2RS1TN9/C3MT33 - non-disassembleable double-row angular contact ball bearing with optimized internal design without filling grooves, plastic cage made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide 6.6 guided by two rows of balls, with double-sided friction seals and with axial play greater than normal. The seals are made of oil-resistant and wear-resistant rubber, which is vulcanized onto a metal reinforcement and is pressed into notches in the outer ring. The sealing edges rest against the beveled edges of the inner ring. The bearing is filled with high-quality grease class 3 according to the NLGI scale with a temperature range from -30°C to +120°C for the entire service life of the bearing. The bearing has a contact angle of 30° and the rolling elements are arranged as in a paired set of single-row angular contact ball bearings in an O configuration, that is, back to back. The bearing can transmit radial and bidirectional axial loads. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the accuracy class P6.
