SKF 3204 A-2ZTN9/MT33 Angular Contact Ball Bearing

SKF Explorer 3204 A-2ZTN9/MT33 - non-disassembleable double row angular contact ball bearing with optimized internal construction without filling grooves, plastic cage made of polyamide 6.6 reinforced with glass fibers guided by two rows of balls, double-sided non-contact sheet metal seals, and normal axial clearance. The cover plate fits against the smooth inner ring. The bearing is designed for mounting with a rotating inner ring and is filled with high-quality grease class 3 according to the NLGI scale with a temperature range from -30°C to +120°C for the entire service life of the bearing. If the outer ring rotates, grease leakage may occur at higher speeds. The bearing has a contact angle of 30° and the rolling elements are arranged as in a paired single row angular contact ball bearing in an O configuration, that is, back to back, and can transmit radial and bidirectional axial loads. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering significant improvements in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to precision class P6.
