SKF 3203 A-2ZTN9/MT33 Angular Contact Ball Bearing

SKF Explorer 3203 A-2ZTN9/MT33 - non-disassemblable double-row angular contact ball bearing with an optimized internal design without filling grooves, a polyamide 6.6 reinforced glass fiber cage guided by two rows of balls, double-sided non-contact metal seals, and with axial radial clearance. The cover plate fits against the smooth inner ring. The bearing is designed for mounting with a rotating inner ring and is filled with high-quality grease of NLGI class 3 with a temperature range from -30°C to +120°C for the entire service life of the bearing. If the outer ring rotates, there may be a loss of grease at higher speeds. The bearing has a contact angle of 30° and the rolling elements are arranged as in a paired set of single-row angular contact ball bearings in an O configuration, meaning back-to-back, and can transmit radial and bidirectional axial loads. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operational parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than standard. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the P6 accuracy class.
