Description
SKF Explorer 3203 A-2RS1TN9/MT33 - non-disassemblable double-row angular contact ball bearing with optimized internal design without filling grooves, plastic cage made of polyamide 6.6 reinforced with glass fibers guided by two rows of balls, double-sided friction seals, and normal axial clearance. The seals are made of oil-resistant and wear-resistant rubber, which is vulcanized onto a metal reinforcement and are pressed into notches in the outer ring. The sealing edges rest against the beveled edges of the inner ring. The bearing is filled with high-quality grease of NLGI grade 3 with a temperature range from -30°C to +120°C for the entire service life of the bearing. The bearing has a contact angle of 30° and the rolling elements are arranged as in a paired single-row angular contact ball bearing in an O configuration, meaning back-to-back. The bearing can transmit radial and bi-directional axial loads. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering significant improvements in key operational parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to precision class P6.
