Description
SKF Explorer 3202 A-2ZTN9/MT33 - non-separable double-row angular contact ball bearing with an optimized internal design without filling grooves, a polyamide 6.6 reinforced glass fiber cage guided by two rows of balls, double-sided non-contact sheet metal seals, and normal axial clearance. The cover plate fits against the smooth inner ring. The bearing is designed for mounting with a rotating inner ring and is filled with high-quality grease of NLGI class 3 with a temperature range from -30°C to +120°C for the entire service life of the bearing. If the outer ring rotates, there may be a leakage of grease at higher speeds.
The bearing has a contact angle of 30° and the rolling elements are arranged as in a paired single-row angular contact ball bearing in an O configuration, meaning back-to-back, and can transmit radial and bidirectional axial loads.
SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operational parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than standard. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to accuracy class P6.
