SKF 3201 A-2ZTN9/MT33 Angular Contact Ball Bearing

SKF Explorer 3201 A-2ZTN9/MT33 - non-disassemblable double-row angular contact ball bearing with optimized internal construction without filling grooves, a polyamide 6.6 reinforced plastic cage guided by two rows of balls, double-sided non-contact metal seals, and normal axial play. The cover plate fits against the smooth inner ring. The bearing is designed for mounting with a rotating inner ring and is filled with high-quality grease of grade 3 according to the NLGI scale with a temperature range from -30°C to +120°C for the entire service life of the bearing. If the outer ring rotates, grease leakage may occur at higher speeds. The bearing has a contact angle of 30° and the rolling elements are arranged as in a paired single-row angular contact ball bearing in an O configuration, i.e., back-to-back, and can transmit radial and bi-directional axial loads. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering significant improvements in key operational parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than standard. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to precision class P6.
