EPOXY KIT ROD - 56 g

EPOXY KIT rods are flexible, easy-to-process two-component epoxy resin adhesives suitable for a wide range of applications, such as repairs, renovations, constructions, and assemblies. This makes them suitable not only for repairs and sealing but also for fixing, bonding, and gluing.

EPOXY KIT adhesives are exceptionally resistant to oil, gasoline, water, and many chemicals. EPOXY KIT adhesives are ideal for finishing work, such as sanding, drilling, or painting.

EPOXY KIT rods are particularly suitable for underwater applications, saturated saline solutions, leaded gasoline, alcohol, petroleum products according to ASTM 3, and propylene glycol products. Long-term exposure to concentrated acids and organic solvents is not recommended.

• Surface spreading, bonding - gluing, filling joints, and sealing

• Repair of cracks, leaks, and other damage caused by wear
• Repairs of machines and vehicles
• Repairs of damaged engine blocks, hydraulic cylinders, or crankcases
• Manufacturing of molds and prototypes

Properties in liquid state:

• Highly viscous 2-component epoxy resin
• Mixing ratio: 1:1
• Color (after mixing): gray
• Consistency: thixotropic paste
• Processing time: 5 – 6 minutes
• Initial curing in: 6 – 8 minutes
• Full curing in: 4 – 24 hours
• Specific gravity: 2.7 g/ml
• Temperature resistance: -60 °C – 120 °C
