SKF PRM 161815 sliding bearing, rolled bronze strip

PRM 161815 is a cylindrical sliding bearing made from rolled bronze strip. The bronze strip is made from tin bronze CuSn8. Strips of this material are rolled into a cylinder and the working surface is equipped with rhomboid pockets. These pockets then serve as reservoirs for lubricant. These bearings are suitable for both radial and axial movement and withstand impact loads and vibrations well.
