SKF PCMF 081009.5 E Flanged Sliding Bearing, Steel-PTFE/Pb

PCMF 081009.5 E is a sliding bearing made from rolled steel sheet with an applied PTFE working layer. The bearings have high load capacity, very low friction, high sliding speed, and operate over a wide temperature range from -200 °C to +250 °C. They are suitable for operating conditions with high loads and a requirement for maintenance-free operation. The sliding layer of the bearing based on PTFE partially transfers to the opposite surface after a short run-in period, creating a physically bound sliding film. However, regular lubrication improves their performance and extends their lifespan.
