SKF NUP 309 ECP Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer NUP 309 ECP - single-row, dismantlable radial roller bearing with an injected window cage made of polyamide 6.6 reinforced with glass fibers, offering higher load capacity and normal radial internal clearance. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The outer ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges, and the inner ring has one fixed and one free flange, which consists of a loose spacer ring. This prevents axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing, allowing the bearing to be used as a bidirectional axial guide. The rollers are guided by the flanges. The bearing can be easily disassembled for installation into the outer ring along with the cage and rollers, the inner ring, and the spacer ring. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering significant improvements in key operational parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than standard bearings. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the P6 accuracy class.
