SKF NUP 305 ECP Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer NUP 305 ECP - single-row detachable radial roller bearing with an injected window cage made of polyamide 6.6 reinforced with glass fibers guided by rollers, with higher load capacity and normal radial internal clearance. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The outer ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges, and the inner ring has one fixed and one loose, which is formed by a loose spacer ring. This prevents axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing, and the bearing can be used as a bidirectional axial guide. The rollers are guided by flanges. The bearing can be easily disassembled into the outer ring along with the cage and rollers, the inner ring, and the spacer ring for easier installation. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operational parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the P6 accuracy class.
