SKF NU 316 ECP/C3 Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer NU 316 ECP/C3 - single-row, dismountable radial roller bearing with an injected window cage made of polyamide 6.6 reinforced with glass fibers, featuring higher load capacity and a radial internal clearance greater than normal. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The outer ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges, while the inner ring is without flanges, allowing for axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in both directions. The rollers are guided by the flanges. The bearing can be easily disassembled into the outer ring along with the cage and rollers, and the inner ring for easier installation. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operational parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the P6 accuracy class.
