SKF 6001-2RSL Ball Bearing

SKF Explorer bearing 6001 2RSL - non-disassemblable single-row radial ball bearing with a steel cage guided by balls with double-sided sealing, low friction, and normal radial clearance. The seals of bearing 6001 are made of oil-resistant and wear-resistant rubber, which is vulcanized onto a metal reinforcement and is pressed into grooves in the outer ring. There is a very narrow gap between the sealing edge and the surface of the inner ring, thus essentially creating a non-contact seal. The bearings can operate at the same speeds as bearings with cover plates, but with significantly higher sealing effectiveness. The 6001-2RS bearing is filled with high-quality grease with a temperature range from -40°C to +100°C for the entire lifespan of the bearing. SKF 6001 Explorer class bearings represent a new group of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a substantial increase in key operational parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the P6 accuracy class.
