SKF 3306 A-2RS1TN9/MT33 Angular Contact Ball Bearing

SKF Explorer 3306 A-2RS1TN9/MT33 - non-disassemblable double-row angular contact ball bearing with optimized internal construction without filling grooves, a polyamide 6.6 reinforced glass fiber cage guiding two rows of balls, double-sided friction seals, and normal axial play. The seals are made of oil-resistant and wear-resistant rubber, which is vulcanized onto a metal reinforcement and are pressed into notches in the outer ring. The sealing edges rest on the beveled edges of the inner ring. The bearing is filled with high-quality grease of NLGI class 3 with a temperature range from -30°C to +120°C for the entire service life of the bearing. The bearing has a contact angle of 30° and the rolling elements are arranged like a paired set of single-row angular contact ball bearings in an O configuration, that is, back to back. The bearing can transmit radial and bidirectional axial loads. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the P6 accuracy class.
