SKF Explorer 3203 A-2RS1TN9/C3MT33 - non-disassemblable double-row angular contact ball bearing with an optimized internal design without filling grooves, a polyamide 6.6 reinforced plastic cage guided by two rows of balls, double-sided friction seals, and with axial play greater than normal.
The seals are made of oil-resistant and abrasion-resistant rubber, which is vulcanized onto a metal reinforcement and are pressed into notches in the outer ring. The sealing edges rest against the beveled edges of the inner ring. The bearing is filled with high-quality grease of class 3 according to the NLGI scale with a temperature range from -30°C to +120°C for the entire service life of the bearing.
The bearing has a contact angle of 30° and the rolling elements are arranged as in a paired single-row angular contact ball bearing in an O configuration, that is, back to back. The bearing can transmit radial and bi-directional axial loads.
SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the precision class P6.
