Description

The two-component epoxy structural adhesive Loctite EA 9489 is a medium-viscosity adhesive that additionally has an extended working time, making it easy to handle in industrial production and allowing for bonding of truly large surfaces and structurally demanding joints. Once the two components of the adhesive are mixed, curing occurs at normal room temperature. After curing, the adhesive is very strong and durable, providing a good lifespan for the bond. Loctite EA 9489 epoxy adhesive is frequently used for various repairs, such as sealing seams on components, repairing printed circuit boards, bonding stainless steel inserts, steel pipes, and even rubber. The adhesive can also be used universally.
