Description

Two-component epoxy adhesive Loctite EA 9480 can be used wherever there is contact with food, particularly in the food industry and similar sectors. The Loctite EA 9480 adhesive is suitable for bonding and repairing machinery in the food industry and alike. The epoxy adhesive Loctite EA 9480 bonds most common materials well, such as metals, plastics, wood, glass, ceramics, rubber, and more. The adhesive is thickened, making it relatively easy to apply and preventing it from dripping from the applied parts of the joint. Once cured, the bond is highly resistant and strong, while also being non-toxic. The adhesive is also well resistant to chemicals and temperatures up to 120 °C.
