It has a longer working time, which can often be utilized for more difficult-to-bond joints and similar applications. After curing, it achieves very high strength and good resistance. The bond evenly distributes load and pressure – it is considered a full-fledged substitute for structural bonding. The Loctite EA 9466 epoxy adhesive is suitable for use on materials such as metals, ceramics, and most plastics, but is fundamentally universal. Once applied to the bonded joint, it does not drip much, thanks to the medium viscosity of the adhesive.
