Loctite 567 - 50 ml Thread Sealant

Loctite 567 is a special high-viscosity acrylic sealant for tapered (conical) threads of metal pipes and fittings (e.g., made of stainless steel, aluminum) up to thread size M80. This product is a smooth gray paste with low strength that cures without air access in the joint, resists vibrations and shocks, and prevents loosening or leaking of the connection.

Application:

• sealing coarse threads in refineries,
• securing tapered threads in chemical manufacturing,
• thread sealing for hydraulic industrial systems,
• high self-lubricating capability prevents thread seizing,
• sealing compressed gas lines and other industrial piping.

Excellent resistance to solvents and temperatures up to 150 °C makes Loctite 567 an excellent product for use in the automotive industry, shipbuilding, industrial equipment manufacturing, and other demanding industrial applications.
