Loctite 518 - 300 ml, flat gasket

Loctite 518 is a flat gasket that prevents the leakage of liquids or gases under normal pressure. It creates an impermeable barrier. It ensures perfect sealing between machined or rigid flange surfaces that have minimal contact with each other – thus also protecting these metal parts from contact corrosion. Loctite 518 cures in the joint without access to air. After curing, the seal is medium strength and stable, also exhibiting a long lifespan. It is suitable for both manual dosing and screen printing. The advantage is that Loctite 518 can be used on flanges with high temperatures up to 200 °C. It adapts to flange surfaces and sealing up to 0.25 mm.
