Glass heating repair procedure:
- Locate the non-functional areas of the heating circuit (for example, using a multimeter to test electrical conductivity).
- Disconnect the heating circuit from the power source.
- Clean the area to be repaired with Loctite® 7063™ cleaner.
- Remove the protective film from the template. After use, the film can be returned to the template.
- Place the template over the area to be repaired. Align the hole in the template precisely with the outline of the heating wire. Press the template onto the glass.
- Shake the product bottle before use.
- Apply the liquid with the brush in the bottle cap. The entire area to be repaired must be covered. Allow to dry for 5 minutes.
- After five minutes, repeat the process. Apply at least 3 layers of the product gradually.
- After use, properly close the bottle and clean the brush.
- The template should not be removed earlier than 30 minutes after applying the last layer. Remove it carefully.
- The heating circuit can be reconnected to the power source no sooner than 24 hours later.
