Belzona 1811 Ceramic Carbide is a special protective coating based on reactive polymers and oligomers, characterized by high abrasion resistance. It contains a ceramic filler with a high molecular weight. Overall, it guarantees very strong and long-lasting protection for surfaces exposed to severe abrasion. It works up to temperatures of 150 °C, making it significantly heat resistant, which expands its application possibilities. Belzona 1811 Ceramic Carbide contains larger ceramic particles as a filler, but with a lower particle density in the polymer. This allows you to apply Belzona 1811 Ceramic Carbide in coatings up to 6 mm thick, without flaking and still exhibiting excellent adhesion to surfaces.
